AAA Nutrifoods was established in 2022 as startup project by the Food and Nutrition (FAN) professionals under the leadership of Dr. Mian Kamran Sharif, Associate Professor, National Institute of Food Science & Technology, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. The vision of the AAA Nutrifoods is transformation of human health through better nutrition by enhancing the availability of cost-effective food products manufactured from locally available ingredients for the community. AAA Nutrifoods is striving for the provision of foods with major focus on nutrient-density, dietary diversity, multimixes and food fortification. Currently, AAA Nutrifoods is offering seven products: AAA Nutrifoods Whole-multigrain Flour (suitable for all population groups, except gluten intolerants who are interested in healthy lifestyle, weight management, and management of health issues like cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, constipation and other GIT disturbances), AAA High-Protein Flour (especially for the growing and underweight children, adolescents, and geriatrics to meet their protein requirements), AAA Nutrifoods Gluten-Free Multigrain Flour for those with celiac disease, Immuno Energizer (for children and sportsman to provide extra calories and nutrients for mental and physical fitness), traditional Sardai, Nutri Treat Bars (a convenience snack for every age group) and Seed-sync bites (for hormonal imbalance associated with PCOS). The future projects include: Multinut Butter, Multigrain Porridge, Nutrient-dense Panjeeri, and Food Supplements for WRA and Geriatric population, and array of Specialized Nutritious Foods.
